On the days that Perdu does not have its own programs, the hall is rented out for other cultural activities. Publishers like to present literary publications and young theater groups use the hall for rehearsals and try-outs. There are also debates about culture, politics and art. Because room rental is an important additional source of income for the foundation, the volunteers of Perdu provide the necessary services (bar).
